Data driven web development

Using insight tools such as Google Analytics, the team at Arren Marketing delved in to the data to gain customer insights and understand how people wanted to use the site.

With the analytics in mind, the user journey was simplified to reflect how users were using the site and what information they were looking. A greater focus was given to event and speaker pages and the website was redeveloped using responsive web design. Each page was redesigned to showcase the information that users were specifically looking to see.

Since launch, the website has generated thousands of visits and continues to set the standard for web design in their field.
